You may also pay via Paypal by selecting the "donate" button below.(Please note, this is not a donation. Paypal uses the word 'Donate' even for normal payments.)

In the special instructions section , please be sure to add the patients name so that we can apply the payment to the correct account.

For all returned checks, a $35.00 fee will be applied to your account. In addition, we will no longer accept checks for payment on your account. If the amount of the check as well as the returned check fee is not paid to us within 10 days, we will forward it to the Rockwall Hot Check Division for collection.
